We want you to love your Souper Cubes® products; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or washed.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your unused Souper Cubes®.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at the designated carrier location listed on your return label within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned items for unused condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
